Foil labels

Foil labels are very well suited for packaging of consumer goods for households, such as cleaning, cosmetics, or health care. These usually require increased resistance to wear or moisture. The shift towards sustainability is already evident in global consumer behavior, and the increased demand for recycled materials is proof of this. Foil labels with a recycled PCR component are the ideal choice for ambitious sustainability goals and building a responsible brand image.

If you decide to change white standard PE material with rPE, you will:

  • REDUCE CO2 emissions by 23 %
  • SAVE energy by 33 %
  • SAVE water by 21 %

RECYCLED PE (rPE)

Description

  • the rPE labels feature a new film material, more specifically, flexible foils with a recycled component of up to 100%

Material highlights

  • smooth application on curved surfaces
  • visually nice and glossy material, with a choice of transparent or opaque

Typical usege

  • mainly on PE / PP packaging, which can then be completely recycled

RECYCLED PP (rPP)

Description

  • material made from up to 100% chemically recycled resin, either from PCW (Post- Consumer Waste) or PCR (Post Consumer-Recycled).

Material highlights

  • compared to rPE, it is a stronger material

Typical uses

  • used mainly for PE / PP surfaces
  • suitable for the production of multilayer labels

Forest Film ™ („Plastic from the forest“)

  • film material made of 100% renewable wood-based raw materials

Bio- based PE/PP

  • material where the fossil component is substituted by a fully renewable raw material – ethanol from sugar cane
  • has the same properties as standard film
  • biobased materials eliminate oil consumption and are also suitable for recycling
