COMPOSTABLE MATERIALS

If waste cannot be avoided, then it should at least be recyclable – or compostable and made from bio-degradable raw materials. Thanks to biodegradable materials, it is possible to compost the entire package as one, including labels. Compostable labels offer a wide range of environmentally friendly usage scenarios, such as food packaging, packaging for fruit and vegetables and organic cosmetics. They are ideal for all manufacturers who place value on sustainable compostable packaging.

MARBLEBASE

  • special material is made from calcium carbonate derived from marble mining waste and high-density polyethylene (HDPE)

WASH-OFF LABELS

  • special pressure-sensitive washable adhesive can be combined with various label materials
  • It is ideal for recycling PET bottles, for returnable packaging in logistics, but also for bottles with liquid dishwashing detergents, soap dispensers, food cans and cosmetics…
  • this innovative product, working on the principle of a special adhesive and different thermal expansion of the foils (PP, PET), results in a gradual rolling of the material in a hot bath, thereby enabling complete removal of the adhesive.

Materials with minimized amount of raw material

The use of lightweight materials increases efficiency and productivity by providing more product by roll, without increasing the roll size. This also enables more efficient materials transportation.

The new materials are up to 50 % thinner and much more cost-effective.

Paper products are FSC certified and are lighter than classic paper material.

LINERS WITH RECYCLED CONTENT

rPET and rBG products are made with materials carefully selected from post-consumer waste streams, allowing you to meet sustainability targets and offer a compelling difference without compromising on cost, performance or shelf appeal. Additionally, liners are made with FSC®-certified glassine and thinner materials can also increase your label’s sustainability.

  • rBG glassine liner with 15% recycled content
  • rPET liner produced from at least 30% PCR (post consumer recycled)

MATERIALS FROM RENEWABLE SOURCES AND ORGANIC ADDITIVES

This product group includes eye-catching papers that are partly made from renewable resources. The materials contain 15% organic waste and 40% recycled material (PCW). By-products from the processing of grapes, citrus or barley no longer have to end up as unusable waste, but form a component of these ecological materials, thanks to which CO2 emissions are about 20% lower than with standard labels.
